Meet the Team
Teddy is deeply rooted in service, compassion, and community. With extensive hands-on experience across multiple funeral homes, he brings a profound understanding of the importance of treating every decedent and their family not as a task, but as a sacred trust. For Teddy, this work is not just a profession, but a calling.
His heart for outreach is evident in his ongoing volunteer efforts with his church and local organizations, where he builds lasting relationships and supports others through life’s most challenging moments.
Known for his integrity, care, and personal attention, Teddy approaches every interaction with a deep sense of purpose and empathy. These values led him, alongside his wife Kimberly, to co-found Kingdom First a service dedicated to providing compassionate, dignified transport and care, particularly for families in the community he proudly calls home.
Teddy believes that everyone deserves to be treated with honor and respect, both in life and in death. That conviction is at the heart of Kingdom First, setting it apart as a provider rooted in empathy, dignity, and sincere human connection.
THEODORE “TEDDY” MCNAIR

Kimberly brings a steady, compassionate presence to Kingdom First, where her heart for service and unwavering faith shapes every interaction. With more than 20 years of experience as a Management Analyst in the federal government, she consistently extended care beyond the workplace maintaining her LPN license throughout her career to provide hands-on nursing support within her community.
After retiring from federal service, Kimberly followed a deeper calling to serve families beyond the clinical setting. This led her to pursue a new path in funeral services, where her commitment to dignity and empathy could continue in meaningful ways. In 2025, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from Brightpoint Community College with a degree in Funeral Services for Funeral Directing, achieving a perfect 4.0 GPA. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Health Services Administration.
Kimberly co-founded Kingdom First alongside her husband, Teddy, to walk with families through some of life’s most difficult moments. With a blend of professional excellence and deep compassion, she is dedicated to honoring every life and supporting every loved one with dignity, compassion, and excellence.
